Returns and Exchange Policy

At Osaa by Adarsh, every creation is made exclusively for you — handcrafted with precision, tailored to client's preferences, measurements and selected design details. Every piece is a reflection of our couture artistry and attention to detail.

As these are bespoke, one-of-a-kind creations, we maintain a strict No Refund and No Exchange policy. This applies to all made-to-order, customized, and promotional pieces.

We request clients to review their order, measurements, and specifications carefully before confirming their purchase. Orders without submitted measurements or details within six (6) months of confirmation will be considered cancelled and non-refundable.

Each piece undergoes rigorous quality checks before leaving our atelier. In the rare event of a manufacturing defect or incorrect delivery, our customer care team will review the case and determine a resolution at the earliest.
