DELIVERY TIMELINES

Made-to-Order Styles

Domestic (India): Dispatched within 4-6 weeks.
International: Dispatched within 6-8 weeks.

Ready-to-Ship Styles

Domestic: Dispatched within 10 business days.
International: Dispatched within 15 business days.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Domestic (India):
We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders delivered within India.

International Orders:
Shipping charges for international deliveries are determined based on the package dimensions, weight, and destination. The applicable shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout prior to payment confirmation.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All product prices are listed at Maximum Retail Price (MRP).

International orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Accordingly, the prices displayed are exclusive of import duties, customs charges, and local taxes that may be applicable in the destination country.

As the recipient, you are responsible for the payment of any such duties, customs fees, or local taxes levied by your country’s authorities. These charges must be settled at the time of delivery to enable customs clearance and release of your shipment.

Customs regulations vary by country; we recommend contacting your local customs office for further details prior to placing your order.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Domestic Orders (India)
We accept all major debit and credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. Payments may also be made via Net Banking (across leading banks), UPI, and digital wallets.

Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

International Orders
We accept major credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, and American Express, for all international transactions.

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders will be shipped exclusively to the address provided at checkout. We kindly request that you ensure all shipping details, including postal/ZIP code and contact number, are complete and accurate to avoid delays.

Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation will be shared via email and WhatsApp.

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to three times before returning the shipment to us.

Please note that orders returned due to unavailability at the time of delivery are not eligible for refunds, repeat fulfillment, or credit notes against the original purchase.
